Azrieli Towers are among the most recognizable landmarks in Tel Aviv’s skyline, thanks to their striking geometric forms.

On clear days, I could even see them from my grade-school yard in Elkana. I remember one classmate insisting they were New York’s Twin Towers, swearing he knew because he’d been there.
