Terms & Conditions

Orders

Each order constitutes an offer to purchase from the customer. The order is confirmed only upon receipt of an email confirmation and successful processing of payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability.

Prices are displayed in Israeli New Shekel (₪). Shipping costs are added at the time of checkout.

Commissions

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required before work on a commissioned piece begins. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started, except in cases of cancellation by the artist.

Cancellations

Cancellation by the customer before work begins — full deposit refund. Cancellation after work has begun — deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation by the artist — full deposit refund within 7 business days.

Ownership & Copyright

Upon receipt of full payment, physical ownership of the artwork transfers to the customer. Copyright remains with the artist in all cases. The artwork may not be reproduced, printed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from the artist.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the damage and your order number — we will resolve each case individually. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

Customs & Import Taxes

Prices shown at checkout do not include customs duties or import taxes that may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek resolution through good-faith mediation. If mediation does not succeed within 30 days, the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel shall apply, and Israeli law shall govern.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will apply to orders placed after the date of publication.
